(وإن نذر الصدقةَ ببعض ماله) كنصفه أو ثلثه (أو) نذر الصدقةَ (بألفٍ، وليست كلَّ ماله، لزمه جميع ما نذره) لأنه التزم ما لا يمنع منه شيء، فلزمه الوفاء به كسائر النذور.
