(وإن نذر صيامًا، أو صيام نصفِ يوم، أو رُبعِه، ونحوه) كثلث يوم (لزمه صوم يوم) لأنه ليس في الشرع صوم مفرد أقل من يوم، فلزمه؛ لأنه اليقين (بنيَّةٍ من الليل) لأنه واجب، أشبه قضاء رمضان.
