(وإن نَذَر صومَ يوم الخميس، فوافق يومَ عيدٍ، أو حيضٍ، أو أيام التشريق، أفطر) لأن الشارع حَرَّم صومَه (وقضى) لأنه فاته ما نَذَر صومه (وكَفَّر) لعدم الوفاء بنذره، وكما لو فاته لمرض.
