(وإن وافق يومُ نَذْره) لقدومٍ أو غيره (وهو) أي: الناذر (مجنونٌ، فلا قضاء عليه ولا كفارة) عليه؛ لأنه خرج عن أهلية التكليف قبل وقت النذر.
