(وإن أفطر منه) أي: من الشهر المُعيَّن (لغير عُذر، استأنف) لأنه صوم يجب متتابعًا بالنذر، كما لو اشترط التتابع، فيستأنف (شهرًا من يوم فِطره، وكفَّر) لتأخير النذر.
