(وإن نذر صلاةً ونحوها) كطواف (وعَجَزَ، فعليه كفَّارةُ) يمينٍ (فقط) وظاهر هذا انعقاد نَذْره، وهو الصحيح؛ لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "من نذر نذرًا لم يطِقه، فكفَّارته كفارةُ يمين" ولولا انعقاد نذره، لم تجب فيه كفَّارة.
