(أنه يدَّعِي عليه حقًّا من دَيْن، أو غَصْب، أو رِشْوة أخذها منه على الحكم، راسَلَه) لأن ذلك طريق إلى استخلاص الحق (فإن اعترف) القاضي ومن في معناه (بذلك، أمره بالخروج من العُهْدة) لأن الحق توجَّه عليه باعترافه
