(وإن ادَّعَى) المستعدي (عليه) أي: على القاضي المعزول (الجَوْرَ في الحكم، وكان للمُدَّعي بينةٌ) بدعواه (أحضره، وحَكَمَ بالبينة) إذا شهدت في وجه القاضي، وثبتت عدالتها، كسائر الدعاوى
