كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن كان الحكم إليه) تعالى (بإتلاف حسي) كقتل في ردة، وقطع في سرقة (أو بما سرى إليه) أي: الإتلاف الحسي، كجَلْدٍ سرى ومات به، ثم بان كُفْرُ الشهود، أو فِسقهم (ضمنه مزَكُّون) إن كانوا؛ لتفريطهم وتسببهم، وإلا فحاكم .
