(وإن بانوا) أي: الشهود (عبيدًا، أو والدًا) للمشهود له (أو ولدًا، أو عدوًّا) للمشهود عليه (فإن كان الحاكم) الذي حكم (به يرى الحكم به، لم ينقض حكمه) لموافقته اعتقاده.
