(ولو طلب أحدُهما قسمتَهما) أي: العلو والسفل (معًا ولا ضرر) ولا رد عوض (وجب) وأُجبر الممتنع (وعدِّل بالقيمة) لأنه أحوط، و (لا) يجعل (ذراع سُفْلٍ بذراعي عُلْوٍ) ولا عكسه (ولا ذراعٌ بذراعٍ) إلا أن يتراضيا على ذلك.
