(إلا أن يكون تحت الدَّرَجة) المتنازَع فيها (مَسْكن لصاحب السُّفل، فتكون) الدرجة (بينهما) نصفين؛ لأن يدهما عليها؛ لأنها سقف للسُّفلاني وموطئ للفوقاني.
