(وإن كان تحتها) أي: الدرجة (طاقٌ صغيرٌ لم تُبْنَ الدرجة لأجله، وإنما جعل مِرفقًا يجعل فيه جَرُّ) وفي نسخة: "جُبُّ" (الماء ونحوه، فهو لصاحب العلو) لأنه من مرافقه بحسب العادة.
