(وإن أقام كلُّ) واحدٍ (منهما بَيّنة أنه مات على دِيْنِهِ، ولم يُعرَف أصلُ دِيْنه؛ تعارضتا) وتساقطتا؛ لتعذُّر الجمع بينهما، ويتناصفان التَّرِكة، كما لو لم تكن بينة.
