(ومتى نصَّفْنا المال، فنصفُه للأبوين على ثلاثة) للأب ثلثاه، وللأم ثلثه، والنصف الآخر للابنين (و) كذلك إذا نصَّفناه في الثانية، فـ (ـنصفه للزوجة والأخ على أربعة) للزوجة رُبعه، وباقيه للأخ، والنصف الآخر للابن المنازع.
