(وإذا قال المتحاسبان: لا تشهدوا علينا بما يجري بيننا، لم يمنع ذلك الشهادة) عليهما بما جرى بينهما (و) لم يمنع (لزوم إقامتها) لأن الشاهد قد عَلِم ما يشهد به، فيدخل في عموم الأدلة.
