(وإن كان بدلُ كلِّ شاهدٍ بينةً) تامة (ثَبَتَا هنا) أي: حيث أمكن التعدُّد، ولم يشهدوا باتِّحاده (إن ادَّعاهما) - أي: الفعلين المشهود بهما - المُدَّعي قبل أداء الشهود الشهادة
