(ولو كانت الشهادة على إقرارٍ بفعلٍ) من غصب، أو سرقة ونحوهما (أو) على إقرارٍ بـ ( غيره) من بيع و إجارة (ولو) كان المقَرّ به (نكاحًا، أو قَذْفًا) واختلفا في وقت الإقرار، أو مكانه ونحوه (جُمعت) البينة؛ لأنهما وإن كانا إقرارين فهما إقرارٌ بشيء واحد.
