(ولو شَهِد واحد بألف من قرض، و) شهد (آخر بألف من ثمن مبيع؛ لم تكمل) الشهادة؛ لأن كلًّا منهما غير الآخر، وله أن يحلف مع كل شاهد، ويأخذ ما شهد به.
