(و) يحرم (بوله وتغوطه في طريق مسلوك) لحديث أبي هريرة أن النبيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"اتقوا اللاعِنَين. قالوا: وما اللاعِنانِ؟ قال: الذي يتخلَّى في طريقِ الناسِ أو في ظِلِّهم" رواه مسلم .
