وتغوطه في ماء لا البحر ولاما أعد لذلك كالجاري في المطاهر

(و) يحرم (تغوّطه في ماء) قليل، أو كثير، راكد، أو جار، لأنه يقذره ويمنع الناس الانتفاع به.

و (لا) يحرم التغوط في (البحر) لأنه لا تعكره الجيف. (ولا) يحرم تغوطه في (ما أعد لذلك) (كـ) ـالنهر (الجاري في المطاهر) بدمشق لأنه لا يستعمل عادة.
