كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ولو كان لجماعةٍ حَقٌّ بشاهدٍ، فأقاموه) بعد دعواهم (فمَن حَلَفَ منهم أخذ نصيبه) من الحقِّ؛ لكمال النصاب من جهته (ولا يُشارِكه) فيما أخذه (مَن لم يحلف) لأنه لا حَق له فيه؛ لأنَّه لم يجب له شيء قبل حلفه.
