(وإن (١) أنكر) العبد شراءه نفسَه (حلف) العبد على ذلك (ولم يلزمه شيء) لأنه منكر، والأصل براءته (ويَعتِقُ) العبدُ (فيهما) أي: في مسألتي التصديق والإنكار؛ لأن السيد أقرَّ بحريته، والأمَةُ مِثلُه في ذلك ونظائره.
