(ولو أقرّت مزوَّجة بولدٍ؛ لَحِقها) لإقرارها (دون زوجها) لعدم إقراره به وكما لو أقرَّ به رجُلٌ ، فإنه لا يلحق بامرأته (و) دون (أهلها) هذه عبارة "الرعاية" وفيها نظر؛ لأنه إذا لحقها نسبُهُ تَبِعها أهلُها، كالرجل، وهذا مقتضى كلام الجمهور.
