(وإن قال: له عليَّ من ثَمن خمر) أو خنزير ونحوه (ألف؛ لم يلزمه) شيء؛ لأنه أقرَّ بثمن خَمْر، وقدَّره بألْف ، وثمن الخمر لا يجب، فلم يلزمه.
