(وإن قال) المُقِر: (أردتُ) بقولي: له في هذا العبد ألف (أنه رهنٌ عنده) أي: المُقَر له (بألف، قُبل) منه ذلك؛ لأنه محتمل؛ لتعلُّق الدَّيْن بالرهن.
