(وإن قال: غصبتُ منه شيئًا، ثم فسَّره) أي: الشيء (بنفسه) أي: المُقَر له (أو بولده؛ لم يُقبل) لأن الغصب لا يثبت عليه، ولا على ولده، إذِ الغصب الاستيلاء على حقِّ الغير.
