ولو كرره ثلاثا بالواو أو بالفاء أو ثم أو له درهم درهم درهم لزمه ثلاثة

كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ولو كرَّره ثلاثًا، بالواو) بأن قال: له درهم ودرهم ودرهم (أو) كرَّره ثلاثًا بـ ( الفاء) بأن قال: له درهم فدرهم فدرهم (أو) كرَّره ثلاثًا بـ (ثم) بأن قال: له درهم، ثم درهم، ثم درهم (أو قال) : له (درهمٌ درهم درهم، لزمه ثلاثة) دراهم؛ لأنه مقتضى إقراره.
