(وإن قال) : له (قفيزُ حِنْطة، بل قفيزُ شعير. أو درهم، بل دينار، لزماه معًا) لأن الثاني غير الأول، وكلاهما مُقَرٌّ به، والإضرابُ لا يصح؛ لأنه رجوع عن إقرارٍ بحقِّ آدمي.
