(ولا يلزمه) أي الإمام (الرجوع إلى فعلهم) أي المأمومين، كقيام، أو قعود (من غير تنبيه في ظاهر كلامهم) وقطع به في "المنتهى"، لأمر الشارع بالتنبيه.
