(إلا في سفر، فيخير بين فعلها) أي الرواتب (و) بين (تركها) لأن السفر مظنة المشقة، ولذلك جاز فيه القصر (إلا سنة فجر، و) إلا سنة (وتر، فيفعلان فيه) أي في السفر كالحضر، لتأكدهما لما تقدم.
