(ويجوز فعلهما) أي ركعتي الفجر (راكبًا) لحديث مسلم عن ابن عمر، غير أنه لا يصلي عليها المكتوبة، وللبخاري "إلا الفرائض" وسأله صالح عن ذلك فقال : قد أوتر النَّبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - على بعيره، وركعتا الفجر ما سمعت بشيء، ولا أجترئ عليه.
