(وللزوجة، والأجير) ولو خاصا (والولد، والعبد فعل السنن الرواتب مع الفرض) لأنها تابعة له (ولا يجوز منعهم) من السنن الراتبة؛ لأن زمنها مستثنى شرعًا، كالفرائض.
