(ويستحب أن يكون له تطوعات يداوم عليها، وإذا فاتت يقضيها) لقول عائشة: "كان - صلى الله عليه وسلم - إذا عمل عملًا أثبته، وكان إذا نام من الليل، أو مرض، صلى ثنتي عشرة ركعة" رواه مسلم .
