(لا) تجوز الصلاة على جنازة (في الأوقات الثلاثة) الباقية، لحديث عقبة بن عامر، وتقدم . وذكره للصلاة مقرونًا بالدفن يدل على إرادة صلاة الجنازة، ولأنها صلاة من غير الخمس، أشبهت النوافل (إلا أن يخاف عليها) فتجوز مطلقًا للضرورة.
