(وتحرم) الصلاة (على قبر، و) على (غائب وقت نهي) مطلقًا (نفلًا، وفرضًا) لأن المبيح لصلاة الجنازة في وقت النهي خشية الانفجار بالانتظار بها إلى خروج وقت النهي، وهذا المعنى منتف في الصلاة على القبر، وعلى الغائب.
