(وإن استأذنت امرأة ولو أمة إلى المسجد ليلًا أو نهارًا، كره لزوج وسيد منعها إذا خرجت تفلة، غير مزينة ولا مطيبة) لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "لا تمنعوا إماء الله مساجدَ الله، وبيوتهن خير لهن، وليخرجن تفلاتٍ" رواه أحمد، وأبو داود
