(فإن تقدم المفضول) على الفاضل بلا إذنه (جاز) أي صحت إمامته (وكره) لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "إذا أم الرجل القومَ وفيهم من هو خيرٌ منه لم يزالوا في سفال" ذكره الإمام أحمد في "رسالته".
