(و) في الشرط الثالث: (أن يكون العذر) المبيح للجمع من سفر، أو مرض، ونحوه (موجودًا عند افتتاح الصلاتين) المجموعتين (و) عند (سلام الأولى) لأن افتتاح الأولى موضع النية وفراغها، وافتتاح الثانية موضع الجمع
