(فلو أحرم) ناوي الجمع (بالأولى) من المجموعتين (مع وجود مطر ثم انقطع) المطر (ولم يعد، فإن حصل وَحَلٌ) لم يبطل الجمع؛ لأن الوحل من الأعذار المبيحة، وهو ناشئ من المطر، فأشبه ما لو لم ينقطع المطر
