كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فإن صلوا) أي الذين لا تجب عليهم الجمعة كالعبد، والمسافر، والمرأة ونحوهم الظهر (قبله) أي قبل تجميع الإمام (صحت) ظهرهم؛ لأنهم أدوا فرض الوقت (ولو زال عذرهم) بعد صلاتهم، كالمعضوب، إذا حج عنه، ثم عوفي.
