(فإن لم يتابعه عالمًا بتحريم ذلك، بطلت صلاته) لتركه متابعة إمامه عمدًا، ومتابعته واجبة؛ لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "فلا تختلفوا عليه" وترك الواجب عمدًا يبطلها وفاقًا.
