(ويشترط لوجوبها) أي صلاة العيد (شروط الجمعة) لأنها صلاة لها خطبة راتبة، أشبهت الجمعة؛ ولأنه - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وافق العيد في حجته ولم يصل.
