(و) يكبر (من قضى فيها) أي في الأيام التي يسن فيها التكبير عقب الفرائض (فائتة من أيامها، أو من غير أيامها في عامه) أي عام ذلك العيد، إذا قضاها جماعة؛ لأنها مفروضة فيه، ووقت التكبير باق.
