(وهي) أي: صلاة الاستسقاء (سنة مؤكدة حضرًا وسفرًا) ، لقول عبد الله بن زيد: خرج النَّبيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يستسقي، فتوجه إلى القبلة يدعو، وحوَّل رداءه، ثم صلى ركعتين، جهر فيهما بالقراءة. متفق عليه .

وتفعل جماعة وفرادى، والأفضل جماعة.
