باب صلاة الاستسقاء] هو استفعال من السُّقيا، أي: باب الصلاة لأجل الاستسقاء. (وهو الدعاء بطلب السُّقيا على صفة مخصوصة) ، والسُّقيا بضم السين: الاسم من السَقْي.
