(وقال أبو المعالي: يُكره تلقين الورثة) أي: أحدهم (للمحتضر بلا عذر) بأن حضره غيره؛ لما فيه من تهمة الاستعجال. ولا يزاد في التلقين على ثلاث مرات؛ لئلا يضجره، ما لم يتكلم كما تقدم.
