(فإن لم تزل) النجاسة (إلا بالدم، غُسِلا) أي: الدم والنجاسة؛ لأن درء المفاسد -ومنه غسل النجاسة- مقدم على جلب المصالح، ومنه بقاء دم الشهيد عليه.
