(لكن ليس للبقية) أي: بقية الورثة إذا تبرَّع به أحدهم (نقله) أي: الميت (و) لا (سلبه من كفنه) الذي تبرَّع به أحدهم (بعد دفنه) لأنه ليس في تبقيته إسقاط حق لأحد
