(وإن أكله) أي: الميت (سبع، أو أخذه سيل، وبقي كفنه، فإن كان) كفنه (من ماله، فـ) ـهو (تركة) يقسم بين ورثته على قدر أنصبائهم؛ لاستغناء الميت عنه
